The meeting was held in the King's Bar of the George Hotel, Crawley. 42 people attended.
In the absence on holiday of the Chairman, John Moor took the chair.
The first resolution that "This meeting accepts the revised Constitution of the W-D XXI Club dated 27th September 2001 and the change of name to The Woodall Duckham Club" was passed unanimously.
David Elvin was elected Chairman with acclaim, Lin Cooper agreed to continue as Secretary for another year, and was elected unanimously. Robin Marlow mistakenly agreed to be Treasurer for another year and was elected unanimously. Terry Harper was elected as Website Coordinator and Chris Openshaw, David Powdrill and John Moor were elected to the Committee.
Terry Harper gave details of the Club website, and explained arrangements for the new Yahoogroup which had been set up.
The meeting then terminated and a buffet lunch was enjoyed by all.
