The Chairman, Derek Gosden, gave a brief report, read a statement from the Hon Treasurer, David Powdrill, currently in foreign parts, reported that, sadly, Harold Perks, Eric Waple, Doug Richardson, Tony Thornton and Harold Moscrop had passed away since the last AGM, announced that 60 were attending today, declared the Committee unanimously re-elected en bloc, and then presented the ever-youthful Lin with a small gift for her services as Hon Secretary.
As usual, the food was excellent, and we were unable to do full justice to the spread prepared for us.
